T.C. Conroy is a Life Coach for the creative professional community. With an extensive background in the music industry and working with some of the most well-known recording artists of our time; she is the coach that will help you tune up your life and reach your goals. Whether you are a musician in your 20s, a stylist in your 30s or a talent executive in your 40s; she can speak your language and help you find your path. She is as much the key to your universal truth as she is to your new record deal or landing that next big job you are searching for. From the beginning of her career, the California native found herself working with many of the world’s top musical acts; learning the highs and lows that creative professionals have to manage on their own in the pursuit of a successful career. After working in management on many tours and album releases, it became evident to T.C. that she understood the struggles creative professionals deal with in their personal and work lives. This is the strong point where she realized she wanted to do more in her work and help the people she connected with the most. She witnessed her own personal experiences with a Life Coach that assisted her in reaching this place of clarity which therapy did not. T.C. knew she was the “go to” coach for this type of individual and wanted to help them which in turn motivated her to return to school and further training. Shortly thereafter she founded her company, West Coast Coaching in 2002.

Since its inception, West Coast Coaching has expanded its services to include the “Camp Courage” group workshops, one-on-one services, business coaching, creative unit coaching, as well as a team of West Coast coaches for prospective clients to choose from. The question often arises, what is a Life Coach?
